What is Worm Gear Box?
A worm gearbox is a type of gearbox that uses a combination of shafts, worm gears, bearings and toothed wheels to produce movement. They can be used to drive a number of mechanical systems and also used in some engines. Worm gearboxes can alter the input rotational motion by 90 degrees to the output.
What is PMDC motor?
PMDC motors are mainly composed of two parts: stator and rotor. Permanent magnets are installed on the stator to generate a fixed magnetic field; There are armature windings and commutators on the rotor. The armature winding is connected to the external circuit through electric brushes. When current passes through the armature winding, a rotating magnetic field is generated, which interacts with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet to drive the motor to rotate.
